Yes it is. It is not advisable to sleep in totally enclosed places. Dizziness, difficulty in breathing, allergies or simply tiredness due to not being able to sleep well may occur.
Some studies indicate that it is beneficial for general health to sleep in ventilated places.
The adequate rest will be achieved with the restful sleep, the temporary decrease of the temperature and with it the balance of our whole organism.
