Is sleeping with the closed door dangerous because of the saturation of the C02 during the night?

Thanks for asking Youssef.

Yes it is. It is not advisable to sleep in totally enclosed places. Dizziness, difficulty in breathing, allergies or simply tiredness due to not being able to sleep well may occur.

Some studies indicate that it is beneficial for general health to sleep in ventilated places.

The adequate rest will be achieved with the restful sleep, the temporary decrease of the temperature and with it the balance of our whole organism.

Every house must have ventilation and it is very easy.

  1. Take a drill.
  2. A double or more line of holes is drilled in the bottom of the door.
  3. There is ventilation, without having to open a window.

Hello Youssef. The consumption of oxygen by the human body is permanent, so we should not sleep anywhere that does not have ventilation. Usually the bedrooms have ventilation even with the door closed, so there should be no problems. However it is good that you ensure the existence of ventilation.

Thanks for asking!

You can according to the dimensions of your room unless you sleep in a cabin that closes hermetically all the houses breathe or so it should be for the ragitas that are in the doors enter air as the heat escapes
