Treatment of fractures
For the treatment of fractures of the modern systems used intramedullary, extramedullary osteosynthesis extrafocal and recommended by Association of Osteosynthesis (AO \ ASIF).
When intramedullary osteosynthesis bone fragments are connected by a metal pin placed inside the medullary canal. Such operations are minimally invasive, as the pin is introduced into the bone through small incisions. In most cases, these operations do not require additional fixation in a plaster bandage and the patient from the first day could load the operated limb.
Osteosynthesis is performed with the use of modern implants. Used in our work, technology and equipment allow for the operation of the minimum cuts.
Total joint replacement
In our department operations are performed hip, knee and shoulder joints. Operations are performed using the most modern implants, technologies and equipment.

Hip replacement – a very efficient operation allows to save the patient from pain and restore function of the limb. She performed at various hip diseases such as primary coxarthrosis, aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, post-traumatic coxarthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Also, this operation is shown at the femoral neck fracture in older patients.
To date, there are many different models of hip joint. The choice of prosthesis made for each patient individually and depends on its sex, age, physical activity and other factors.

Knee replacement – a complex high-tech operation aimed at eliminating pain and restoring function of extremities. The indications for this operation are the degenerative diseases of the knee joint, as well as post-traumatic changes.
Modern knee replacements provide a great range of motion and a good balance of ligaments, which allows patients to return to an active lifestyle. In our department performed knee replacement with the latest endosistem and technologies from leading manufacturers.
Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive treatment for advanced diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries of the large joints, especially knee and shoulder. Through small punctures in the joint cavity introduces a video camera and special instruments that allow for manipulation of the intra-articular structures. This technique allows to treat damaged knee meniscus, to produce plastic anterior cruciate ligament when it is damaged. It is also produced by arthroscopy surgery habitual dislocation of the shoulder joint and damage to its ligaments.
Foot surgery – treatment of valgus deformity
Different types of deformation of the forefoot in recent years are increasingly common. These include a valgus deviation of the first toe (Hallux valgus), hammer toes deformity and so on. For their treatment in our department using modern techniques and equipment. Modern methods of treatment of forefoot deformities can not be used in postoperative external immobilization in a plaster cast and in the shortest time to return to everyday life.
